So we don't have all the details yet, but we plan to bring tournaments back. Our first tournament is planned for either the 21st or the 22nd (next weekend) right after the official release. We don't expect a lot of release players will be entering, but it will be a chance for beta players to check out the tournaments.

After the initial tournament we are thinking of making it a monthly thing, although that could be changed depending on demand.

Anyway, before we make an official rules announcement, I thought I would open it up to all of you for feedback. We know the tournaments had some issues here and there before, and we do want to make it a better experience. So please let us know if you can think of any improvements to the rules and we'll see what we can do.

I HAVE A SUGGESTION!

For the next tournament, in order to significantly improve the seeding process, have each submitted ship fight every other currently submitted ship in a round robin when it is uploaded.
Also if possible, have such an event recorded live.
Or have a detailed results table indicating each design the others have fought and how many times it has won/lost against each design.

Yay, I actually just got on today after not playing for like 3 months.
