Honestly it's not my favourite mod whatsoever. Maybe if I play it again I'll post video of the only strategy that would ever work in the galaxy I play in (spam safe havens) but I'd rather play factions that are more active in terms of actually using R for things. There's just simply too much populated small & medium harass in my galaxy to survive* without the balanced end-game weapons and a very survivable hull. High Garan has those, but the downside is that even if I obtain 60000p for a fleet I have to wait for the safe haven cores to grow - and while you could argue that you're getting more than 8000p's worth of blocks out of the safe havens, they're also STATIC / don't have thrusters and on top of that (afaik) don't follow orders........

*This is slightly exaggerated, I could probably do my run with High Garan, but it would be basically luring the AI to their deaths constantly. The assault ships that are provided with the mods, at least in my galaxy, will get their drone launchers and weapons knocked off pretty fast, and it makes them wasted P on any ship. Because the mod only lets you have so many drone launchers on your own ship, the best investment for both survivability and offense is the safe haven (4x instead of 2x cruisers that can get flanked pretty easily).
