Scale for damage/health values

Im trying to make a mod using Reassembly Web Development Kit (RWDK) and i wouldn't want to accidently give my faction completley out of scale stats, so i want some kind of scale for something.

You can load the base game's blocks.lua (in another tab or whatever, so that it's apart from whatever you're making) to see the stats of everything which already exists. Changing the cvar kWriteBlocks to 1 will make the game output a blocks.lua file to the data folder.
