Faction Modding Issue

I have exported a faction as a mod with blocks.lua. When I exit Reassembly and edit a block. The Mod fails to recognize the blocks.

When I look at the Mod via reassembly I get a bunch of errors, stating that It does not know the ID of any block in the Ship files. This account for the 7000 odd errors that occur In the Image

UPDATE: I have swapped from Notepad to Notepad++ and It works, guessing the game does not like lua files saved by notepad.
