Not really a bug but is this me or the camera as a lot of trouble keeping all combatants visible, i.e, in the frame, during tournament fights?

The automatic camera tries to accomplish many goals centered around keeping the combat interesting. One of its behaviors is to follow the less numerous fleet, with the expectation that the fighting will happen near them. But let's say there are two ships and one is severely damaged, the camera will pan away from the damaged one (it's probably about to die after all) and focus on the living one.

It's not perfect, but for the most part the automatic camera does a good job of keeping the vast majority of the scene in the frame.

You are probably right when it comes to fleet battle, but in 1 versus 1 fight... Why?

That I can't tell you heh. I do a minimum of 1v1 testing, I'm not even sure how it behaves.

Weirdly. It behaves weirdly. Does things such as moving off to the side with neither ship in frame fairly often.
