(Steam workshop) How to upload a preview photo for a mod

alright, so i need some help with uploading this file. the whole mod is mostly finished, but it's the preview picture i'm still struggling with. anyone knows what to do?

you name it preview.png in your mod folder (I think jpgs work too but I use png)
