Heres an idea:

Set up a server that sends spam mail that has a link that forces you to solve captcha.

Everytime a user accesses the link, an actual site is acess and a bot makes an account
for it, and sends the captcha data to the user.

The user unwittingly solves it, and thus the bot is cleared and an account is made.

Wunderbar.

I don't get it. I don't get any of it.

You send random people spam emails.
Whenever someone clicks a link on the spam email, a bot is activated.
What the bot does is register for accounts on sites and posts stuff.
So the bot sends the imput prompt for the captcha to the person who clicked the link.
Person who clicked link assumes its just verification to get to the real site to they
fill it in.

Bot takes the imput of the human and imputs it in the captcha field, and viola!
The bot has an account, the user is redirected to whatever site page, or simply
put on a loop.

So... is it supposed to be good or bad for the random people?

That is pretty smart, tricking random people into solving captchas for your spambot.
