Is it possible to get it to load fleets as fleets? I tested it and it loaded every distinct ship as its own contestant, as you mentioned. (I was hoping it would only do this if it found only a single file, I have fleets in multiple files).

EDIT: Also, exiting the tournament as soon as it's complete.

I've spent last week building stuff for Mon's tourney and today building stuff for Camo's tourney. I have 27 hours of music accumulated for elevator music during downtime. kinda done making stuff for camo now so I'm going to try getting the music ticker and autoloader ready tonight. I have a lot of real work on my plate though so progress may be sluggish. Gonna wait on the beta update to figure out what to put in my announcement post regarding balance

I got a monstercat license to make sure I wouldn't get in trouble legally, and since I've already listened to a lot of them in the past, I just went down the line and picked out the songs that I knew I liked over the course of a week. I might start filtering out some mediocre songs over the course of this month since quality over quantity! Unfortunately, Monstercat doesn't have epic-like music like 2 Steps from Hell, which (repeating myself) is unfortunate...

Due to time constraints, I will be postponing this event to a later unspecified date. I want to have all necessary parts completed before settling on an event date. Take the 26/27 weekend to work on submissions for MonsPubis' April 1 competition instead :)

oh really? the program seemed pretty complete in the test. What do you still need to work on?

Remaining Components:
- Get the load-from-dropbox system running (relatively simple, but still not actually done yet)
- Get the final showdown script working
- Ship validator (to make sure the price adds up, check for melee part count, TWR, valid faction parts, etc)
- Re-evaluate balance with beta parts possibly
- Get a tournament textlog system for those who can't watch the stream due to internet problems

Time Constraints:
- Tons of real work to do as usual
- Will be busy with family over the 19/20 weekend
- I kinda want to spend some time building something for Laps and Mons
- I want to give everyone at least a week to prep/sigh-up (keeping the typo)
- I can't resist dumping time into attending to people's requests regarding my mod feedback


Edit: Oh hey you got a new avatar, I don't remember what it used to be though.....
